Horse Riding products and equipment can break under stress; if a horse wants to break something, it will. Royal Legacy Custom Leather will not be held accountable, financial or otherwise for any use, breakage either foreseen or unforeseen, that results in, damage, injury, or death to human or animal. By purchasing our products, you are agreeing to accept any and all risk associated with the use of any and all purchased items. 

It is also important to frequently check for any possible safety issues associated with riding equipment. Care for your gear!

Q: How do I measure my horse for a bridle or breast collar?

A: please view our "How to measure" section for instructions and a link to our YouTube channel with detailed videos on how to measure. If you still have further questions, please email us at the above email address. 


Q: I have a draft horse; do you make draft sizes?

A: Yes! Any of my designs can be made draft size, just provide me some measurements. 

Q: How long will it take to get my order:

A: We make each item as its ordered. Made to order timeframe can be anywhere from 4-10 weeks. Estimated time frames are based on how many orders are in line currently. Please email us first before ordering if you need by a specific date, and we can see if we can accommodate you.


Q: do you ship internationally?

A: Yes!  Please email us for specifics. You can also change the currency on the button of the page, there is a drop-down menu to change it. 


Q. I ordered a bridle, and it doesn't fit, can I return it? 

A. If the bridle is unused with the tags still attached, it may be exchanged. I unfortunately cannot offer refunds or returns due to the long amount of time and materials it takes for me to hand make each item. However, if you provide your horses measurements, we can ensure a perfect fit. 

If you provided measurements and it was determined your measurements were done incorrectly, I will resize the bridle/product for an additional cost for materials and time. You will need to return the product to me for the re-size.
